Water Protection

Recycled fibers allow installation over concrete to “breathe” - managing vapors from becoming bulk moisture. The attached vapor barrier protects the overlying floors from harmful moisture.

QuietWalk Plus boasts exceptional performance at reducing unwanted traveling noise and superior moisture protection, while offering proper support to the structure of your flooring. This underlayment can be installed over wood or concrete subfloors, and is designed for use with laminate and hardwood flooring.

QuietWalk Plus can be purchased without the antimicrobial additive from Green Building Supply.

Use with hardwood, laminate, and bamboo. QuietWalk PLUS is for glue-down and floating applications. Not approved for use with luxury vinyl flooring. Please use QuietWalk LV for that application.

Like Walking on a Cloud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently ripped up the existing carpet in my upstairs guest bedroom & decided to use this roll of underlayment to pad the subfloor befor installing brand new laminate. I can easily say this was one of our best purchases since beginning our little remodeling journey! The laminate we decided to install wasn’t the highest quality, but this padding brought it to the next level. You can definitely tell the difference between the soundproofing in this room compared to the others in our house. It also gie more support if you’re someone who likes to go barefoot. Would definitely recommend!

Good Quality, Fast Shipping

We had used Quiet walk products years ago when we first started remodeling our home. They have held up beautifully and did everything they were supposed to do. So, when we wanted to finish the rest of the floors in the house we knew we wanted Quiet Walk products again. The only complaint I have is the adhesive that comes with it to connect the layers is a wrinkly mess and just becomes frustrating. It may be user error, but 3 of us tried and all of us ended cursing and frustrated. We decided to go over it with duct tape and it’s great. It just would be really nice if it was a better system trying to stick it together so one didn’t have to also purchase duct tape.

Also wanted to note that the shipping was great. We’ve bought twice from the same distributor and projected arrival was 10-14 days later but both times they’ve arrived with in 3 days and that was SOOOO helpful!!! Thanks so much for the great service!
